THE OPPORTUNITY

As a result of strong business growth we are seeking a mature, experienced, admin-orientated Customer Service person to assist in the daily running of our modern self-storage facility in Moorabbin.  This is a full time role Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and would ideally suit a local resident living within easy driving distance of Melbourne's Bayside and South-eastern suburbs.

We are particularly interested in hearing from mature, down to earth individuals with prior roles in real estate, property management, hotel reception or any other position that prioritises face to face customer exposure.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

This is an interesting and varied role which will draw on your excellent customer service skills as you:-

• respond to the needs of existing customers

• handle all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries

• liaise with customers and help them satisfy their self-storage needs

• sign up customers, take payments and update customer records

• ensure customer loyalty by offering exceptional follow-up service and support

• take an active interest in securing new customers

• be the face of the business by delivering friendly, flawless, customer care

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:-

• has proven experience delivering confident and diplomatic customer service

• is a fast accurate typist

• has strong admin and computer skills

• has a current driver's licence and their own vehicle
