THE OPPORTUNITY

 

Due to our client's recent expansion we are seeking a mature, experienced, admin-orientated Customer Service person to assist in the daily running of their modern self-storage facility.  This is a full time role Mon-Fri 0830-1700 and would ideally suit a local resident living within easy driving distance of Melbourne's East or its Bayside and South-eastern suburbs.

 

We are particularly interested in hearing from mature, down to earth individuals with prior roles in real estate, property management, hotel reception or any other position that prioritises face to face customer exposure.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

 

This is an interesting and varied role which will draw on your excellent customer service skills as you:-

  • respond to the needs of existing customers

  • handle all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries

  • liaise with customers and help them satisfy their self-storage needs

  • sign up customers, take payments and update customer records

  • ensure customer loyalty by offering exceptional follow-up service and support

  • take an active interest in securing new customers

  • be the face of the business by delivering friendly, flawless, customer care

  •   may be asked to help out on rare occasions at the flagship facility in Moorabbin.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:-

  • mature and independent

  • fast accurate typing

  • strong admin and computer skills

We are also looking for a number of "soft" skills that will set you apart.  Thus you are:-
